FAQs

Will everyone get along?

We know that some pets can be a little shy with new people, so to ensure that your pet is comfortable with your walker, we will schedule a complimentary meet and greet before our first visit. Not only will it help set your pet at ease, but also you can give your walker a little tour of where your pets belongings are kept, share any special instructions, and have all your questions answered before we get started.

What about bad weather?

We walk whether it is rain or shine, sleet or snow… and don’t worry! We wipe muddy paws too.  Although, we do understand that some pets prefer to not go out in the rain or snow.  In this case, we will take your pet out for a quick potty break, and spend the remainder of the visit playing indoors.  The only time we do not walk is in the rare case of extreme and dangerous weather.

How are payments handled?

We accept Zelle pay, cash, or check.

How do you handle my key?

We store all of our client keys in a locked box after hours. All of our keys are labeled ONLY with your pet’s first name, and no other personal information is stored with them. We require that you provide two keys (unless using a garage code), to provide assurance that your pet is walked in case of an employee emergency. If you live in a gated community or apartment complex, we require a key card or key fob to enter the building

How does scheduling work?

All of our membership clients receive a guaranteed set schedule. We do our best to accommodate all of client’s time requests. but the earlier you book us, the better. When booking a time slot for your pet we ask for a two-hour window that works best for you.

What if I need to cancel?

For dog walking we require a 24-hour cancellation to receive a credit for your walk. For pet sitting, we require a 72 hour cancellation to receive your deposit back. We appreciate your understanding.
